Can I modify my current order?

Can I cancel my order?

For our customizable Custom Nesnex products, the 14-day cancellation period begins from the date you order. Each Custom Nesnex model is made to order according to your preferences, so you will not be able to get a refund after this 14 day period. It does not affect your statutory rights.

What if I don't like the item (s) I ordered?

What if my item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent?
